Each player represents a truth that is trying to stay known in Dark Ages France. Write and copy books and get into as many monasteries as possible, because some of them are going to burn. Become the dominant truth in a region to score points.
Note: This game's publisher, Cheapass Games, publishes games assuming that you'll have some common game pieces lying around, so not everything is included. In order to play, this game requires 40 small, stackable tokens per player. These can be purchased separately.
