The classic Trivial Pursuit game gets a bit of a twist. Every board space is a wedge space, instead of having to land on specific spaces, and everyone is involved with every question.
Each question card has a category, and four cards are put in an envelope so that just their categories are showing. When you land on a colour, you choose which card you want to be asked about. Then, before the question is asked, everyone else has a chance to bet chips on whether they think you'll get the answer right or wrong.
Chips can be spent at "Buy or Roll" spaces to buy any wedge piece, or saved for the end of the game. Once you've collected all 6 wedges, on your next turn you get asked a question. You may spend chips to choose the card category, the colour category, or both. Otherwise, the other players get to choose.
This is a Canadian trivia game, so questions are not USA-centric, like in many other editions.
Great. The box is a little bit beat up, but the contents are like new.
