There's a spiral-bound pad with inkblot images. Write down what you see in them, and then try to convince everyone else that they can see it too.

Box, rules, and score sheet are in English and French.
There are pegs to move along a cardboard track for keeping score, but if that's difficult there's no reason you couldn't use pencil and paper.
