With game pieces that move across the board with removable body-parts, the challenge is to get through the game with all parts intact while gathering rewards along the way. The player who accumulates the most gold pieces while losing the least body-parts is the winner."
The box is a bit worn. Two of the 80 gold tokens are missing, otherwise excellent.

Players are differentiated by colour, and the pawns have stickers stuck to them as part of the game, so swapping them out, while doable (and keep your sticker figure in front of yourself), may change the feel of the game.
Players are encouraged to choose the combination of stick figure pawn and stickers that best represent them.
Determining what to do in various worst-case scenarios may be stressful for players with anxiety. Conversely, going over that information while it's only needed to win a board game might help with anxiety. Players with anxiety will need to determine their own comfort levels.
