Your goal is to be the first player to collect 5 mythical creatures on your front lawn, despite the ever-changing Home Owner's Association's regulations, and your neighbours turning your beloved pets into shrubberies. Cast spells to quickly help yourself or hinder a neighbour, place runes for more long-term effects, and change the current HOA regulation to best benefit you.

Ability to read English is recommended, as many cards have unique text describing abilities, and it's not in players' best interest for other players to know what cards they have in their hand.
Text on cards is small and might be difficult for some players to read.
Holding cards in hand and shuffling decks of cards is required, but a cardholder and card shuffler could be used if that's a problem.
HOA Regulations change rules mid-game, which can be hard for some people to keep track of and/or adjust to.
