Spin the spinner, start a balloon inflating, and GO! You have a category card and as much time as it takes that balloon to pop to write down one things per category that starts with the letter on the spinner. Category cards have 12 things each.
But, of course, there's a catch. There's always a catch.
Once the balloon has popped, everybody compares answers. Any players with a matching answer don't score that answer.

One of the category cards had to be copied, and the game contains 78 of the original 100 balloons. Otherwise like new.
