Take the classic board game Monopoly and shrink it down a little bit - the perfect size for 2 players. There are fewer properties to vie for, but it's still the property trading game that you grew up with.
Removed: Railways, Utilities, Hotels, 6 Streets (there are now 2 in each colour group, instead of 2 groups with 2 and 6 groups with 3)

1 red house was missing and has been replaced with one that's smaller (see photos).
Otherwise like new.
Ability to read English is recommended
One player's houses are red, the other's are blue, but in original Monopoly all of the houses are the same colour and property ownership is tracked by who has which deeds, which can still apply here.
The "rich get richer" principle applies heavily to this game - players that start off well, or get lucky early on, will have an easier time - which can be frustrating for some people
