A 28-piece floor puzzle by Make Believe Ideas Limited, produced in 2012.
Top of the box is missing a bit - it's supposed to have a cardboard latch, but half of one panel is gone. Box is otherwise very worn.
Puzzle pieces are warped, some are splitting at the corners, and part of the picture on one of the pieces in the middle of the cupcake's icing is gone.
There is no book.
