Everybody gets a card. In turn, everybody reads their card. Then, in turn, everybody tries to say what was on the card of the person beside them. If you think someone else misspoke, you can challenge them on it, but if you're wrong you lose points!
There is no contents list, so we can't say for certain that it's complete, but it does include:

1 Cardboard plug to go in the middle of the board (just to look nicer)
1 Die (replaced - not the original. Standard 6-sided)

We've replaced the missing rules, die, and pawns. As best we can tell, everything else is present. Some cards are slightly marked, but still legible. Everything's fairly worn but otherwise good.
